The Bangladesh Statistical Yearbook 2023 is a compilation of important demographic, socio-economic, and environmental information that provides a comprehensive account of the trends, status, and progress of Bangladesh. It is a regular publication of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) and the current edition of this publication is the 43rd of its kind. It presents both cross-sectional and time series data to facilitate comprehensive analysis. It gives an overview of the financial year 2022-23 as well as the calendar year 2023. It includes quantitative benchmark data on various areas that can be helpful to monitor implementation status of SDG as well various national plans like 8th Five Year Plan, Perspective Plan, Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100 etc.
